Brown House specializes primarily in professional learning and development, with clients across a wide range of industries, including Hilton Hotels (named Sales Supplier of the Year), MasterCard, Qwest Telecommunications, Presentation Audio Visual Services (PSAV), Taylor Design, EMCO Food Services, Aetna Life & Casualty, Starwood Hotels, and Boehringer-Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Inc. In partnership with Impact Performance Group, Inc. of Wellesley, Massachusetts, Jim has worked with numerous financial services firms, including Fidelity Investments, Bank of America, and Schwab.
Jim’s business publishing credits include books, white papers, and a wide variety of periodicals. He was the ghost writer for High Performance Sales Organizations, published by Irwin Publishing. He also coauthored, with Patrick T. Keane, Failing in the Factory, published by Brown House Communications. Newspapers and trade journal credits include The Chicago Tribune, New York Daily News, San Francisco Sunday Examiner and Chronicle, and Training and Development Journal.
